Nicola has just completed a five-year new-build country house project in the Painswick Valley, guiding it through the complexities of planning and the demands of construction using her wealth of contractual expertise and construction management experience.
An experienced architect who has worked on large, complex conservation-led projects in both the private and public sector, she is skilled in balancing the demands of competing parties to ensure the original vision is delivered.
Nicola has recently topped out the replacement building for a 1980s indoor swimming pool at a prep school in Gloucestershire. The project has had to work around complex constraints a live school, unrecorded structures and mature trees — all resolved under by Nicola’s clarity of thought.
With her children now at University Nicola has seized the opportunity to find a little time for herself and is learning the piano, also a keen walker and enjoys outings with her Spaniel in the Somerset countryside.
