Elise Tinnsmith

Associate   BA, M.Arch, ARB

Elise creates narratives — concepts that carry a project from first sketch to completion. The conviction this builds among all stakeholders results in buildings that bring joy and order to complexity.

She is currently leading the design and management team on a large, multi-phased listed farm remodelling in Oxfordshire, where her organisational skills come to the fore in ensuring the essence of the concept is retained as each building evolves.

Elise brings expertise in master planning and estate planning from award-winning schemes in London and currently advises several landowners.

As a guest critic at Loughborough University and part of the advisory panel for Gloucestershire University developing their Architecture Masters course, she acts on her belief in nuturing the next generation of architects.

Away from the drawing board, Elise loves pottery for its form-making, tactility and human scale.
