Blake is excited to have received planning approvals for three equine projects this year, as we expand our rural portfolio consisting of residential and commercial schemes. The new approvals consist of a private dressage facility, a racing yard and barns for an Olympic eventing rider.

The projects all fall within the Cotswolds AONB and we have shown we have the design expertise and strategy, along with close, collaborative working relationships with specialist consultants to obtain the approvals for such large and complex buildings.

Often equestrian projects are part of a larger estate masterplan, where we also design and advise on the principal house, ancillary accommodation, and other residential and leisure facilities.
