Planning has been gained for the remodelling and extension of a 1970s house.

The proposal seeks to improve the appearnace of the house, it's internal layout and sustainble credentials. Externally windows and doors will be replaced with traditional timber joinery with the latest glazing, walls rendered and insulated and stone quoins introduced to the corners of the house. Internally a new open plan kitchen area is created on the ground floor and a new bedroom suite on the first floor.
