Cotswold Manor House
This important listed Manor house with terraced gardens was largely rebuilt in the Arts & Crafts style by A.N.Prentice in the 1920’s. Incorporated into these works was a medieval arch from an earlier house on the same site.
The project initially involves conservation of the existing fabric and remodelling both internally and externally. The development of the house is complex and there are limited records of both work in the 1920’s and 1980’s so we looked to understand this before proposals were developed.
The construction works have been prepared as separate packages to allow the family to stay within the house and not be disturbed as they take place.
